Who am I?
I started my music career at The Church Studios in London, working closely with artists like Dave Stewart (Eurythmics), which led me to some of the UK's most respected recording studios, including Town House, Konk, Livingstone Studios, Sarm Studios, RAK, and the renowned Abbey Road Studios. This gave me the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects across genres—from Rock & Roll and Folk to Indie/Rock and Jazz.
By the late 2000s, I was asked to mix Imelda May's Love Tattoo album, and after its success, I went on to engineer and record her second album, Mayhem. Following those projects, I formed a close partnership with Darrel Higham at Embassy Studios, where I’ve been head engineer ever since.
I now also work from my own studio, where I handle most of the mixing and mastering projects I take on, combining a flexible setup with the same attention to detail and high-end sound quality.
